I loved this!! We know Dean would do anything for his Sammy and you sure showed this in your story. Very well written and believable! I love stuff like this, it is a kink, Dean helping a very vulnerable Sammy especially if Sammy is naked and he has to tend to him while he is vulnerable and naked. I loved it! I wish you could write another story real similar to this one or along those same lines. You captured Dean's strong emotional bond to Sammy that he would do anything for him, no questions asked.
