Haha, I'm OK with people missing eyes and even people losing eyes (I watched The Man Who Was Nowhere! speaking of Korean films) My big squick is eye trauma leading to blindness.

I do love lots of Korean films, I should try that one as well. Did you ever see "I'm a Cyborg and that's OK" ?
