Jensen is definitely more complicated than he appears, and since the story is from Jared's POV he might not be quite so innocent as he makes himself out to be :)

Martin is a catalyst- nothing brings people together more than a common enemy in my experience!

Thank you for your kind words, and in explanation of why I felt unhappy with it, even though I'm the opposite of a perfectionist and I rarely angst about my work, this chapter just felt like the transition between hate and toleration of each other enough to have sex didn't work at all. But I couldn't just have them doing the same thing over and over again, so they had to move forward.
