Leaving unlocked for the fic rec

I will never ever make it as a stockbroker. Playing on the stock market with virtual money gives me the shakes, the thought of actually chucking millions of pounds around terrifies me.

I am also not signing up for

spn_reversebang even though I really want to and there's a gorgeous art prompt that is calling me. Must stay strong. I am however signed up for

salt_burn_porn and excited about it.

Fic rec: I strongly recommend this DCBB fic Enfleurage by

saltandbyrne. D/C generally isn't my jam but this is Sam/Dean/Castiel and it's beautiful. It's not only beautiful and an interesting Cas POV, but it has a great cast of supporting characters (Meg, Bela, Jo in particular) and a marvellous sensuousness to the description of the perfumes and all the other things that Cas can smell. Well worth the read.

Yuletide is here! There are so many good letters (check out the letters post here) and it's a very fun exchange.

Author notes: For salty_catfish based on her beautiful drawing for the RBB- found here. I haven’t been to Rome in a few years so sincere apologies for any wrong details! This is meant to be silly light hearted fun, and decidedly unrealistic (if Jensen as a shapeshifter doesn’t convince you of that, the premise of him and Danneel being thieves, and Jeff being an innocent art-evaluator should do!) This is not allied with the actual RBB challenge- I'm not signed up as a pinch hitter or anything, I just wanted to get this picture a story.

Citizen Soldier - Dean Winchester Fanmix

tdorian's lovely pictures got me started on a small story about Dean Winchester and music, and as an extra for her I decided to create a fanmix of songs that exemplify Dean Winchester to me. They’re not necessarily songs he’d listen to (though he would a few,) but the lyrics are very reminiscent of him to me (which is why I’ve included lyric links.) I’ve also included a very short explanation of which bit of Dean the song reminds me of.This is my first fanmix ever, so feedback whether positive, or constructive criticism is very much welcomed!
