The majority of the population is "beta" (although that word doesn't get used in my 'verse), so yes, lots of beta women. I'm not sure how the average alpha treats the average beta woman. Since alphas and omegas are basically secret, an alpha can't just go sleeping with any beta woman - she'd notice the knot! Although there are surely brothels of beta women catering to alpha men. In terms of attitude, I suppose they'd view them as they would omega women, except without quite so much entitlement, since alphas and omegas consider civilians to be almost a different species, or at least a different race.
