Feel free to comment on the posts, in fact, please God do. Tell me about your day, share some recipes that can be made not using anything that might burn the house down or some life-hacks. (Antsy about these jobs not getting back yet? no clue what you mean.)

Also, because double utility is my thing, I have a music rec for other insomniacs. I listened to an hour of this before I went to sleep and it worked like a charm - got a solid six hours for the first time in ages. Glass Animals. Not sure what I'd call them - probably just indie/alternative/faintly rock. Samples: Pools and Exxus

Not exactly recipe, but lately I've been rediscovering the advantages of frozen berries mixed with yoghurt (with or without a dash of honey) -- a bit like icecream, but way healthier.

That sounds good! I stuck some strawberries in the freezer, will try them with vanilla yoghurt, though I think I'll skip the honey bit.
