What is the Wishlist?

The Wishlist is a multi-fandom Christmas fanfiction fest. It is something that started very small and simple three years ago. The premise was simply to write twenty-four ficlets in response to twenty-four prompts, posted between 1 Dec and 24 Dec. Fandom gifts, if you will. Since then it's grown and changed a bit.

I have signed up to be a writer for The community and the rules in detail can be found here. and if you want to give me a prompt, please leave a comment on this entry. Anyone can leave a prompt, and I accept gen, femmeslash, slash and het prompts (though het is my least favourite.) I have filled the quantity of het I can probably write in one go now!

Rules

- I accept the first 12 prompts I am given, regardless of who you are or if I know you.

- You give me characters/pairing, a fandom and a prompt (If you'd rather gen that is absolutely fine as well.

- If I don't know the fandom you're requesting, your prompt doesn't count. The fandoms I write in are:

a Supernatural (mostly Sam/Dean but I'm not fussy. I don't generally write Castiel centric pairings though I'm more than happy to do gen with him.)
b Supernatural RPF
c Harry Potter
d If you want fic for any Western Victorian/Edwardian novel you have a pretty high chance of getting it. Same goes for classic English novels in general
e Ditto for Greek mythology, Roman Mythology, and certain areas of historical RPF
f Tamora Pierce (Alanna and Kel books in particular, Early Circle books (the first two series)
g Haven 
h Generation Kill




- If your prompt is a personal squick of mine (heavy underage, D/s, eye torture, strong top/bottom preference- I strongly prefer switching only) then I reserve the right to skip. Fair warning.

- I'm open to a lot of things. It can be a quote, an idea, a specific situation, but the more you give me, the more I have to work with.

- If you don't have an lj account, leave an anonymous comment, but make sure to sign it with a name (possibly your TtH name, if you're coming from that end.)

- I answer the prompts in the order I like best and post them here and/or in the wishlist_fic community, one a day, starting 1 Dec 2012.

Prompt: I'd love to see a story with this pair based-loosely or directly-on the myth of Eros and Psyche. Where Jeff is Eros and Jensen is Psyche. (If it works better for you to switch those, I won't mind).

Transforming the tale into something more modern would be cool, too.

Prompt: Werewolfs au - Jared is alpha, but then a mistake made him not only leave his pack behind, but also his status. When he meets another Alpha (Jensen), with a totally different upbringing two worlds collide and instinct takes over and Jared become Jensen's omega. Only bottom!Jared and happy end please<3

Setting: Current Season
Prompt: Nathan and Duke will do anything to keep Audrey from going into that barn. Anything will push all their limits, but it just might be the thing to save them all and end the troubles for good. In a town like Haven you have to fight for your happiness. Luckily, Audrey has always been a fighter.
